Sculptural Ceramic Beer Mug with Two Handles – 300 ml
A one-of-a-kind handmade ceramic beer mug with two sculptural loop handles, an irregular silhouette and flowing green, turquoise and blue glaze.
Made from dark ceramic clay, this 300 ml mug combines the function of a drinking vessel with the presence of a small ceramic sculpture.
This handmade ceramic beer mug is a functional drinking vessel shaped as a small sculptural object. Its irregular body, softly distorted rim and two circular handles preserve the visible movement of the making process.
The surface is covered with layers of deep green, turquoise, blue and earthy brown glaze. Instead of creating one uniform colour, the glaze flows differently across each side of the mug, forming an organic landscape reminiscent of water, stone and oxidised metal.
The two loop handles create an unusual architectural silhouette and allow the mug to be held in different ways. With a capacity of approximately 300 ml, it can be used for craft beer, cider, coffee, tea or another favourite drink.
This is not a factory-made or perfectly symmetrical cup. Variations in form, glaze thickness, surface and colour are intentional parts of its handmade character.
